Terms and Conditions for purchasing from EQUI-ELITE LIMITED
1.1 The Terms & Conditions apply to sales through our website www.equi-elite.co.uk

1.4 All contracts with us will be deemed to have been made in Scotland, any disputes will be regulated by Scots Law.
2. Orders Placed Online through the Website
2.1 Please ensure orders are correct before you submit and make payment. Once an order is successfully completed you have entered into a contract with us and will receive an order acknowledge email with a reference number. An order will only be accepted once payment has been made.
2.2 All prices on our website are in GBP Sterling and include VAT.
2.3 All images and descriptions of items are published for illustration purposes only.
2.4 If you believe an item to be damaged prior to receiving it, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. All risk of damage or loss will pass to the customer upon delivery.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 We accept Debit Card or Credit Card payment via Sage Pay, or payment via PayPal. All options will be available at checkout. Products will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
4. Debit & Credit Card Security
4.1 Our payment processing operator Sage Pay will receive your details when purchasing online. They are secure online payment processors. No details will be retained by us.
5. Gift Vouchers
5.1 Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. They cannot be exchanged for cash or returned or refunded expect in accordance with your legal rights.
5.2 Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase goods on the website and over the phone.
5.3 Gift Vouchers will be posted free of charge.
6. Value Added Tax (VAT)
6.1 All prices shown online are inclusive of VAT.
6.2 If both your billing and shipping address is outside the EU, you are eligible for tax free shopping and VAT will be deducted from the advertised price.
7. Delivery & Shipping Costs
7.1 UK Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch all successful orders made before 3pm on the same working day. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched next working day. Orders will be sent using a 48hr courier. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and some orders may require a signature.
If your purchase(s) have not arrived within 5 working days please contact us immediately on 01501 785484 or firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow us to follow up any potential issues and rectify quickly.
In the unlikely event that a product ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Please note: we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
7.2 UK Shipping Costs
Free delivery on all orders sent to addresses in the United Kingdom.
There is an option at check out to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for an additional £10 (if the order weight is over 2kg, Parcelforce 24hr Next Day delivery will be used).
7.3 EU + Worldwide Shipping
Please contact us direct for available international delivery options and costs. Delivery to addresses outside of the UK may take up to 10 working days. Deliveries outside of the EU maybe subject to import and custom taxes as well as any other local taxes. These will have to be paid before the parcel is released for delivery. Please contact your local customs office for advice on potential costs when importing goods.

When ordering from EQUI-ELITE Ltd we will only collect your basic personal details required to process your order. All personal information will be treated confidentially; only being used for internal purposes and will not be released to any third party.

8.4 Email Tracking
Emails sent with invoices have no tracking. Emails with newsletters or promotions may have tracking built into them to monitor the click rate through to the site however this data is anonymous. You are entitled to opt out of marketing emails; this can be done via “Your Account”.
9. Cancellation, Returns & Exchange
You are entitled to return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, clean and have all original packaging with labels attached.
Made to measure & bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
To return an item for an exchange or refund please complete the returns slip included with your purchase. If a refund is requested, once the item is returned, a refund will be made to the card used to make the purchase. We will process your return and you will receive a refund within 7 days. Additional postage paid on a purchase for express delivery will not be refunded. If an exchange is preferred and the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original card which made the purchase. If the new item costs more, we will require payment before it can be dispatched.

If an item is damaged in transit please do not accept delivery, or if this is not possible, please return immediately. Do not use an item if it is damaged on delivery. We will require the damaged item to be returned for inspection before an exchange or refund can be issued. All return postage costs will be reimbursed if the item is damaged on arrival.
9.2 Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel a purchase contract within 14 working days from delivery date. You must notify us of the cancellation in writing by post or by email to the addresses above. The cancellation notice must state your name, address and order details so we can process accordingly. The item should be returned within 14 days of opening the cancellation request. As with our returns policy, you will be liable for return costs and the item must be unused, clean and have all original packaging with labels attached. We will process your return and you will receive a refund within 7 days.
